Please select ONE time slot for the date you would like to participate in the Tournament. Maximum of TWO players per time slot.

Guitar Hero Tournament Rules

1. All registrants will receive a reminder phone call in regards to their scheduled play time for the qualifying rounds.
2. The tournament will be limited to the first 96 registrants. Entries will be accepted on a first received basis. Visions Federal Credit Union reserves the right to close or re-open registration without any prior notice.
3. Players must arrive 15 minutes before scheduled play time or they will be disqualified.
4. All equipment will be provided by Visions Federal Credit Union.
5. Song selection to be determined by Visions Federal Credit Union. Playing level for all players will be at the Hard level. Players will be informed of the song at the time of play. Winning player will choose their own song selection for encore performance.
6. Scoring will be based on game score with the percent of notes being used as a tie breaker.
7. If at any time the game freezes, the XBOX 360 will be reset with the same options and the round will start over from the beginning of the song. Visions Federal Credit Union is not responsible for the performance or reliability of the XBOX 360 console or its controllers.
8. Players must be between the ages of 13 and 17.
9. One registration per person is allowed.
10. Only registered players can perform in the contest, registration is not transferable. Identification will be required at check in.
11. No purchase necessary to enter, nor do you have to be a member of Visions Federal Credit Union.
12. Visions Federal Credit Union will not be responsible for incomplete registration forms. Incomplete forms result in disqualification.
13. Visions Federal Credit Union employees, volunteers, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the tournament.
14. All players agree to be bound by these rules and any decisions made by Visions Federal Credit Union regarding the tournament are final and binding, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the contest or rules.
15. Visions Federal Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the contest or alter the rules for any reason, including but not limited to, computer virus, technical problem, or other unforeseeable events that would make it impossible to administer the tournament.
